The capability to capture light is bigger and so is the power of the telescope!
Light intensive and faint galaxies can be viewed in high resolution easily. Even objects outside of our solar system get in reach.
Since the Hyperion has a high focal lenght and a big aperture you can easily reach high enlargements without losing optical quality.

5x40 finderscope, for easy, comfortable viewing and fast finding of objects. You can also use an optional red-dot finderscope.
Big focus tube!
Equipped with the 1,25” focus tube the Hyperion can be easily customized - all 1,25” eyepieces can be used and astrofotography is also possible.
The finderscope can be adjusted and helps to align and find the designated objects.

The equatorial mount provides a firm stand while focussing and allows to adjust the telescope. After it was aligned the tube can be moved with the earth turn using the 2 flexible control cables - your observed objects won’t get lost! The tube is connected to the mount with tube rings forming a stable unit.
We offer an optional moon-filter which is needed for moon observations to protect you from the sharp moonlight.

One 20 mm eyepice for deep-sky and galaxy observations and one 9 mm eyepiece for planet observations are standard features.
